It is important to bring your puppy into the salon so they can get used to us and the grooming environment. If your puppy is not introduced to grooming at an early age they could become impossible to groom as an adult. We will always take the greatest care whilst grooming/introducing your puppy and make sure the grooming is stress free.

If you are unsure of how you want your dog to be groomed, don't worry! we will be more than happy to give you our professional opinion and offer you different grooming options.

De-Matting                 £5-£10 Extra depending on severity. 
(Heavily matted dogs will have to have their coat shaved off completely which takes a lot more time as your dog will need breaks from the grooming process so they do not get stressed or uncomfortable. De-matting also causes wear and tear to our equipment. We will always let you know beforehand if we will need to shave your dog/s coat completely)
